Where do I call about billing questions?
Woods Memorial wants you to understand about bill after you are discharged from the hospital or for an outpatient procedure.
Our Business Office personnel will be more than happy to answer any questions about charges, insurance, Medicare or TennCare. The Business Office is located at the main entrance to the hospital, or can be reached by calling the main hospital number at 423-263-3600.
What do I do if my doctor is unavailable after hours?
When your physician is not available or can’t see you in his or her office, you can utilize the Woods Memorial Emergency Department. The Emergency Department is staffed 24 hours per day, seven days per week with physicians and nurses trained
to handle all types of emergencies.
